Learn to Hydrofoil Experience

• This is an advanced watersport requiring a strong sense of balance, coordination, and aptitude.
• We can only accept wakeboarders/kiteboarders/surfers/SUPboarders who are already at an intermediate standard before trying out our hydrofoil.
• Please only book in if you are at the intermediate or above level.

Cancellation

You may cancel your session at any time, however cancellation within the 36-hour period before your session starts or non-attendance will result in a 100% loss of your session cost. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at “[email protected]”. Outside of the 36-hour period before your session starts the cost of your session will be reimbursed as a voucher for use within the same season that it was purchased, on our Online Booking System. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to reattribute any lost session fees incurred through late cancellation or non-attendance. Please note, no monetary refunds can be offered for cancelled or rescheduled sessions. Vouchers are only valid for use until the end of each summer season, ending end of October.

Postponement

Sessions can be postponed or cancelled at any time by WakeUp Docklands if adverse weather, dangerous or unsafe conditions, or any other circumstance beyond our control. In such an instance, alternative sessions will be offered or the session fee can be attributed via a voucher which will be valid for use during the same season within which the booking was made, for use on our Online Booking Service. Vouchers are only valid for use until the end of each summer season, ending end of October.
